SkipApp: 0.9.980.8617
Remote version: SKIP.1S.RELEASE.A06
Firmware: 4.13.8-0-g62f5aba
Tested OS: Linux and Windows 11

I try to learn my Philips 65PUS9435 TV remote and generally it works fine, but I cannot learn the OK button. Up, Down, Left, Right works fine, but when I press the OK button on the original remove nothing happens, the Skip1s simply does not seem to see this OK signal. Distance between the two remotes is OK, batteries of both remotes are also OK, the TV even reacts on the OK button press. This behavior is the same on the Linux and the Windows app.

What can I do to help debugging this?

Regards
Oliver

Enable the admin panel, go to the learning tab, and then press and hold the okay button there. Do you see anything?

I am not able to reproduce it now. Works fine now...

But with the Linux version I constantly get "Internet connection needed for remote control learning, We're unable to reach our servers" when trying to learn buttons. I have to use the Windows version on a VirtualBox VM to learn buttons. No firewall active.

When was the last time you downloaded the Linux version? Is it the same version as windows. The auto update was not working a while back, make sure you have the latest.
