  1. Look up IR repeater on Amazon. One of these should fit your needs.
  2. I'm still having the same issue with SkipApp-0.9.994.9494-RC-x64, rolling back to SkipApp-0.9.993.9235-Beta-x64 fixes the issue.
  3. @jason Here's my config from 994. My config from 993 was posted previously in this thread. 994 Config.skip
  4. I started experiencing some weird issues tonight after syncing with the latest SkipApp-0.9.994.9480-RC-x64 build. When hitting the power button the first time, the red ring would light up and then hitting the power button again would turn on my devices as intended. Turning off my devices would result in the power toggle command being sent twice and the devices would turn back on. I tested this on two different remotes both with fresh batteries and got the result. I also factory reset the remote before importing a configuration file. The only fix that got my remote back to a normal functioning state was downgrading to SkipApp-0.9.993.9235-Beta-x64 and running the sync again.
  5. @jason I'm having the same issue with Build 9456. The app opens fine for about a second and then black screen. UPDATE FIXED: Build 9468 fixed my black screen issue. Thanks @jason
  6. I'm unable to export the remote configuration in 0.9.994 due to it going to a black screen almost immediately after loading. 993 Config.skip
  7. I'm unable to export the remote configuration in 0.9.994 due to it going to a black screen almost immediately after loading.
  8. SkipApp-0.9.994-RC opens and then goes to a black screen. Had to roll back to 0.9.993. Windows 11
  9. @jasonWhere can I download 0.994? I don't see it on the downloads page and I'm not prompted to upgrade when I run my Skip App v0.993.9235
  10. If you have a button on the Skip 1s you are not using you could turn it into a macro to toggle eArc on and off in the LG menu. For example say you don't use the number 7, you would assign commands from your LG TV settings>menu down>menu right>ok>settings. Or whatever commands you use to get to the eArc setting to turn it off and on. You might also need to add some delays between the steps depending on how responsive your LG is to IR commands.
  11. Try this: Firmware Update If you are not presented with update dialog, please do the following: Close the software Unplug the USB-C cable Remove the batteries. Press and hold the return and center key while you insert the USB-C cable (image attached) Start the software
  12. Skip 1s Universal Remote Control https://a.co/d/00StPivA
  13. Well if you were on the Alpha 6 version and you tried to force the firmware update following these steps: Close the software Unplug the USB-C cable Remove the batteries. Press and hold the return and center key while you insert the USB-C cable (image attached) Start the software If the above didn't work, you should PM Jason and see if he has any other suggestions.
  14. In order to update the firmware and have the learning function you should be running Skip App 0.9.955 with IR Learning. The latest version Alpha 6 can be found here:
  15. The batteries are probably low or at least one of them is low. When this happens to me, I usually find one battery is good and the other is completely drained.
  16. Here's how to access the admin panel. https://forum.flirc.tv/index.php?/topic/11180-remotes-not-detected-by-any-computer/&do=findComment&comment=29394
  17. From other similar posts, it seems the best solution is run Windows in a virtual environment to get the remote to connect. Have you tried connecting the remote without the batteries installed? Sometimes this is the only way I can get my remote to update the firmware.
  18. @jason Will you be posting the Windows update as well?
  19. Try the software and firmware here: https://forum.flirc.tv/index.php?/topic/12049-battery-does-not-last-for-more-than-a-day/&do=findComment&comment=35132 This should fix the battery issue. As for the other issue of the remote not being recognized by Windows, do you have Steam installed?
  20. Sorry to hear that. If you decide to setup the remote again, make sure you use the export feature in the app. If there is a sync issue in the future you can just import your settings without having to start over.
  21. You guys could try this new version of the Skip App and firmware that was posted yesterday. The firmware addresses another problem, but maybe it will help resolve your issue as well. https://forum.flirc.tv/index.php?/topic/12049-battery-does-not-last-for-more-than-a-day/&do=findComment&comment=35132
  22. All links work for me. Maybe you have a pop-up blocker installed. After you click download, a window pops up that you have to click to accept terms and conditions, then the download link becomes active.
  23. Got it, thanks. The link above still doesn't work due to the entire link not being hyperlinked. The ?token=skipAppUpdate isn't linked to the rest of the URL.
  24. @jason I'm trying to download the Windows version and it's prompting me to sign in on the https://update.flirc.tv webpage. I tried using my forum login credentials, but they don't work. Any idea what's going on?
  25. @jason Could you make an app that could merge the backup file from the old app and the new app? Or somehow be able to import the old backup file first before adding the new devices/ir codes?
