  1. Hello @Jason I have just Updated the Remote and the Devices Smart Switch as they should now. Thanks for the Quick Fix. Kevin
  2. Hello @Jason Good to hear that the Bug has been found. Also, do not be so Hard on yourself, you have created an excellent product with little Help. Your work is appreciated. Thanks Kevin
  3. Hello @Jason I have attached the Support File to this Message. Thanks in advance Kevin Skip-Support-20251120-1456.zip
  4. Hello @Jason I have Three Activies: Watch TV (A) uses: Marantz NR1609 LG 49SK8500PLA EE TV Pro Box HTPC (B) uses: Marantz NR1609 LG 49SK8500PLA HTPC (On 24/7) Game (C) uses: Marantz NR1609 LG 49SK8500PLA If I Turn On for the First Time, using the HTPC Activity, everything is fine. If I then Switch to the Watch TV Activity, All Devices Turn On. If I then Switch Back to the HTPC Activity it Switches as expcted, however, the EE TV Pro Box does not Switch Off. If I then Switch Back to the Watch TV Activity, the EE Pro TV Box Switches Off. I even Re-Learned the EE TV Pro Box Remote so I had Two Options for the Power Button, Power On and Power Off but the issue remains. Hopefully, the above makes sense. Thanks in advance Kevin
  5. Hello @Jason Regarding the 'Smart Switching', what do I do if a Device does not have independent 'Power On' and 'Power Off' Commands, only 'Power Togggle' ? The Device in question is one where I Learned the Remote, it was Saved as 'EE' 'Pro Box'. I meant to Save it as 'EE' 'TV Pro Box', but..... When Smart Switching from this Activity to another, the EE Pro Box does not get Switched Off which causes issues, especially when Smart Switching to it again. Thanks in advance Kevin
  6. Hello @Jason Since the Latest Update, which included the FW Update, when Starting an Activity, All Devices no longer Turn On the First Time. For example, I have an Activity that uses the TV, AVR and Set Top Box, I Press 'A' and Power and the Set Top Box and AVR will Turn On but the TV will not, if I then Press the Power Button to Turn everything Off then Repeat the TV, Set Top Box and the AVR will all Turn On. This is repeatable and happens on All Activities and always seems to be the TV that fails to Turn On the First Time the Activity is Started. This issue was not present in the Previous Version. Skip App: 0.9.994 Firmware Version: 4.14.0.0 Also, are the Change Logs available somewhere? Thanks in advance Kevin
  7. Hello @Jason Just a Quick Update. This Issue has now been resolved. It turns out that when First used the Remote Pairs to the Box via Bluetooth, however, before that it is in IR Mode. So, I switched Off the Box and Reset the Remote, after which I was able to Learn All of the Buttons. It all seems to be working fine now, hopefully that will continue. Thanks Kevin
  8. Hello @Jason Thanks for the Reply. I have a Harmony Elite Remote which works perfectly with this Device, do you have access to the Harmony Database? When Added through the Skip 1s Software as a BT Vision Set Top Box it works to an extent, the main Issue being that just a Couple of Buttons are not recognised, i.e. Back and Guide, everything else works fine. Thanks in advance Kevin
  9. Hello all I want to Add an Activity for the Nintendo Switch 2. The Activity will just Switch On the TV and the AVR and set the Inputs correctly. However, when going through the Wizard it asks which Device is used for Navigation, the Swicth 2 is not available in the 'Add Device' Dialog so what do I Select as I am unable to proceed with the Wizard without selecting something. Can I Select any Device in this instance, i.e. the TV or AVR? Thanks in advance Kevin
  10. Hello @jason I Hope you are Well. Have you made any progress with this Issue? Having just One Remote that I am unable to Learn is annoying. Thanks in advance Kevin
  11. Hello @Jason Well, this is weird. When I follow your Instructions, only One Button produces any Data, pressing other Buttons lights up the Source Remote but no Data is shown. The Device Model is RTIW387. The Remote is for the EE TV Pro Box and I have attached an Image of it to this Message. It is available on the Amazon UK Website at EE TV Pro Remote Thanks Kevin
  12. Hello @Jason I Hope you are Well. Have you made any progress with the Issue of not being able to Learn a Remote? I am able to Learn the First, and occasionally, the Second Button but after that Nothing. I am currently using RC 0.9.994. Thanks in advance Kevin
  13. Hello @khaoohs Thanks for the Reply. That is unfortunate, I will just go ahead and Setup again, then make a Backup of the Configuration. Thanks Kevin
  14. Hello Jason I Hope you are Well. My HTPC Crashed requiring a Full Re-Install of Windows 11. When I Installed the Latest Skip App, obviously the Remote is not present. Is it possible to Transfer the Configuration from the Skip 1s Remote into the Skip App, or am I going to have to Setup from Scratch, hopefully not. Thanks in advance Kevin
  15. Hello Jason The Issue with the Remote Learning can be found here: You participated in that Thread. Thanks Kevin
  16. Hello Jason Now that I can use the Skip 1s Remote again, Thanks for that, I have a couple of Questions. 1 Is it, or will it be, possible to add a Long Press Action to Remote Keys. A specific use, for myself, is that when I Press 'i' on the Remote I get the Info Window for Plex, however, I would like to Add a Long Press Action to the 'i' Key on the Remote that Triggers the 'Info' Command of my AVR. This is something that I am able to accomplish on the Harmony. 2 I think I read somewhere on here that you were looking at the way that Activity Switching works. At the moment you have to Press the Power Button to Switch Off everything and then Press another Activity Button and the Power Button to Switch on the required Devices. This seems unnecessary, and it can not be too Good for the Devices either. For example, I currently have 2 Activities, 'Watch TV' and 'Home Theatre PC'. Both Activities utilise the TV and the AVR, the only difference is that one uses the Set Top Box and one use Flirc. At the moment to Switch between the two Activities the TV and the AVR are Switched Off and then need to be Switched On again when the other Activity is run. Is it not possible to leave the Devices On that are required for the Activity and then just Change the Input on the AVR and Switch On, or Off, any Required, or not Required, Devices? Then when the System is no longer needed, i.e. Bed Time, Press the Power Button to Switch everything Off. Hopefully that makes sense. Thanks Kevin
  17. Hello Jason I have tried the New Build and it seems to have fixed the Issue I Reported regarding the Devices Switching On and immediately being Switched Off. I am now able to use the Skip 1s again, Thanks. One Quick Question. Does this New Build Fix the Issue with Learning Remotes where it will only Learn the First, and maybe the Second, Button but no more than that? Thanks Kevin
  18. Hello Jason Thanks, I shall try the New Build and Report Back in the other Thread. Kevin
  19. Hello Jason Following our recent Discussion regarding the issue with the Skip 1s I just tried checking for Updates in the Flirc Utility, Version 3.27.16, I receive an Error as can be seen in the attached Picture. Is this known? Thanks in advance Kevin
  20. Hello Jason Glad you found the Bug. What is the procedure to Reset the Remote, would that be the 'Reset Remote Settings' ? I can wait until Monday, the Harmony is still working, at the moment. Thanks Kevin
  21. Hello Jason Correct, Harmony to turn everything Off then the Skip 1s to run Activity 1 where the Marantz AVR turns On and then Off. It may be getting Late here, however, there is no File / About in the SkipApp, that I can find, however, I clicked on the 3 Vertical Dots / About and took a Screenshot as it is not possible to Cut and Paste the Information in Windows 11, hopefully that is the Information that you meant. The Remote Firmware is Version 4.13.11.0. I am now going to Bed so if you Reply I will get your Message Tomorrow. Thanks in advance Kevin Living Room.skip
  22. Hello Jason Thanks for the Reply. I have attached the requested Screenshots. Also, be aware that I have tried the 'Power Toggle' too, for both 'Power Up' and 'Power Down' with the same results. Thanks in advance Kevin
  23. Hello Jason Thanks for the Reply. The AVR is the Device being Turned On and Off, not the TV, just for clarification. I have attached the Log to this Message. I think I may have misunderstood your Instructions, if that is so then Please let me know. The First Block is from the Harmony Elie Remote which I used to Turn everything Off, the Rest is from the Skip 1s where I used the Activity and the AVR switched On and then Off. Thanks Kevin my_flirc_log.txt
  24. Hello Jason I am having quite a few issues that I am unable to solve. I have Two Activities, 'Home Theatre PC' and 'Watch TV'. To keep things less complicated I will be using 'Home Theatre PC' in this example but Issue exists in the 'Watch TV' Activity too. I have the following Devices: LG 49SK8500PLA - Added as LG Type 1 TV Marantz NR1609 AVR - Added as NR/SR Series Main Zone, I have tried Essential Commands Only and also All Commands. Flirc - Added as Flirc (Plex), I use Plex HTPC. To have a Clean Start, I Turn Off the TV and Marantz AVR Manually, the PC stays On 24/7. When I Press 'A' on the Skip 1s Remote followed by the 'Power' Button, the TV Turns On, then the Marantz AVR Turns On and Immediately Turns Off. I have checked the Button Timings and Repeat is Set at 1. I would try Learning the Original Marantz Remote for the NR1609 but the Remote Learning feature does not work which I reported back in March. The Remote Learning will Learn the First, or sometimes the Second, Button but it will not progress any further so Learning a Full Remote is not possible. Any Help in solving these Issues would be appreciated as, unfortunately, the Skip 1s Remote is of no use to me as it is currently. Thanks in advance Kevin
  25. Hello Jason I Setup the Remote from Scratch and Imported my Configuration File. I then tried to Learn a Remote, the First Two Buttons Learned fine, however, when Pressing the Third Button, nothing happens. I have attached the Logs as requested. Thanks in advance Kevin Skip 1s Logs.zip
