  1. Upgrade your firmware, file->advanced, force firmware upgrade. Or, disable builtin profiles in advanced settings.
  2. Found it: https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/kibbi-complete-home-security-solution = ) Looks awesome.
  3. oh congratulations. Would love to see some pics. I know what you're going through, ours is 20 months now. Such a blast, it goes by quickly. No worries, I appreciate all the help and am extremely grateful. Congratulations to you guys. Where is your campaign? I'll try to give it some publicity.
  4. Send me an email, I'll get it replaced. There is a workaround in my bootloader. Issue number 1. will be remedied by an update. I can eventually do in field upgrades of the bootloaders, but it's a ton of work, I don't have the time yet. 2. I've only ever been able to reproduce once. Send me your configuration when it says the key says already erased but actually didn't erase. I think I can fix this, just need the config.
  5. Yes, just like bek said, it's just a keyboard. Head to controllers->keyboard, and just map the key manually. I'll get around to updating it, but I have a ton on my plate right now. I've quietly released a second product and am going to release a third soon that's going to be pretty awesome. When these are released, in mid december, I'm going to work on the GUI.
  6. maybe there is something else that's interfering, TV, lights, window? You're on fw 3.1?
  7. probably the remote control batteries dying?
  8. I haven't quite built in support for prompting the user yet. I'm in the middle of fixing up my build scripts so I can finally get the linux release version caught up. Just released the 64 bit, now scratching my head over the 32 bit version...
  9. It's stuck in the bootloader, just fire up the GUI, you'll see the latest firmware get upgraded, and it should start working again. Let me know.
  10. Don't worry, I'll get it fixed. Let me see if I can get this remote on my harmony to reproduce it, if not, I'll order another one. In the mean time, do you want to downgrade? Just send me an email, I don't have any good tool to do it, but I'll walk you through it.
  11. you're right. You just need to plug in your previously paired flirc into your 'insert machine here' and it will just work. You don't need any software for anything to work. Can you paste the output of: flirc_util
  12. Don't think that will help. Can you send me an email and we'll figure out how to downgrade the device? I'm sorry for the delay. I'm traveling with the fam. I'll get this sorted out tonight. Thanks for the patience.
  13. Loose, I have something formal in the terms of service on the site, but it really doesn't matter. Just shoot me an email and I'll get you a new one. support at flirc.tv
  14. yeah, this is either going to be backspace or delete. I think try shift+delete in the GUI
  15. Make sure you are in v1.2.9 of the hui and go to advanced and click sequence modifiers. Give that's shot and let me know.
  16. okay, just released an update. Make sure advanced is fired up, and the box is ticked. Try toggling it if it is.
  17. you said the wife word, you have my attention. If you aren't already on it, upgrade to 3.1, format the device, and re-record keys. It's such a huge leap forward in terms of architecture and fundamental design.
  18. have you tried 3.1 of the firmware? It's pretty awesome and hope it fixes this.
  19. cool, thanks let me look into this. Very Sincerely, Jason
  20. 3.1 works. The wake key isn't going to highlight the keyboard. Go to advanced settings and enable the suspend detect.
  21. Got your email too, I'll respond here for the benefit of others. Okay, so you can with the commandline utility. You can reload the configuration and do: flirc_util settings Unfortunately though, I map the buttons as an un-compressible format. You'll at the least be able to see what buttons have been recorded. We can always work out downgrading too, but it's a manual process. Let know. Sincerely, Jason
  22. sorry, it's just me here, and I was really sick this last week. send me an email via the support site. Definitely didn't waist your money, I'll make sure to make it right. I'll get a replacement out to you as soon as possible. I'm really sorry for the delay.
