flirc 0.98 software, firmware v1, osx Lion, Harmony One. I'm using the full keyboard to control plex and a music app. I keep running into this problem: 1. Map a bunch of keys and save the config file somewhere. 2. Try them out, looks good except for one or two 3. Map the missing one or two and re-save the config file. 4. Try them out, works great except for a DIFFERENT one or two. I have chased this around several times and have yet to figure out a pattern. I have maybe 20 keys mapped. It's as if there is some max number of keys and some keep falling off the bottom of the list. Not much pattern to the forgotten keys... all directional buttons, select, g, k, \…

Haven't received by FLIRC yet, just wanted to check the software out. Is it normal for the flirc software to disable keyboard and mouse when launched (obviously without flirc plugged in)? With 0.97, when I launch the GUI, keyboard and mouse lock up and are unresponsive (even lights on KB don't toggle with caps lock etc), I have to force power down via case button. Now my setup is a bit unique, not many use hardware KVMs. So the KVM could be the issue... OS: Win7 64bit KB: MS Natural ergo USB KB (no software installed) Mouse: Logitech G5 (no software installed) KVM: ATEN CubiQ (dual DVI monitor/USB supports 2 computer switching)

the 'parent dir' and 'back' buttons in the flirc xbmc giu window both get mapped to backspace key. internally to xbmc, backspace is the default key for 'back' and 'parentdir' is classified as an 'action' that can be called/mapped but doesn't have a default key assigned to it so it kinda doesn't make sense for it to have a button in the flirc gui, especially if it gets mapped to backspace which is already covered by 'back'. for consistancy the parentdir button in the gui should be removed. rich
