Flirc not working....

I have just bought and installed a second Flirc after many years of using my first device. It has been working as intended all these years and I decided I wanted to have one for my other TV as well. However, it is not working.

As you can see in the image, the device is showing up under "Bluetooth & other devices" as well as "Devices and printers", but not in the device manager or when listing connected USB devices in powershell, nor does the Flirc software detect it.

Is there anyone who has encountered the same issue?

Just to be clear, were you having trouble with your gen 1 flirc, and this solved the problem?
