  1. Thank you. Don’t worry. Taking note of all these and I will make it extremely easy to add devices we can’t find or do a reverse lookup. Check the misc category. Perhaps we have it in the wrong place.

    Shipping date?

Just a friendly and gentle reminder, we’re all going to be kind in this space and help each other.

    Shipping date?

Sometimes things don’t go as planned. I’ve backed three kickstarters, some from friends. Never saw two of them come to light. No AZ fulfillment was a bummer, but at least it wasn’t a hardware issue. Would have been another 6 month delay. All things considering, we had a super aggressive promise, a couple bumps, I think we did alright.
  4. Thanks for the great feedback and investigation, will try and fix and post an update shortly.
  5. Often times we will ask for help with logs. Here is how to find them on each platform: Windows Log Location: Copy the config.json to the following location %localappdata%\Packages\1ee3f564-2cd0-4ef3-af35-da985b1d7f00_sddpyax1dmvqm\LocalState Mac Log Location: Enable Admin mode, fire up a terminal and copy and paste the following: echo -e "{\n \"showAdminPanel\": true\n}" > ~/.config/SkipApp/config.json SkipApp v0.9.6 Changelog This version has more changes that typical due to several bugs we were working out. 6. It already does, it does not show the relaese notes yet though.
  7. We use Jira internally and I've thought about making it public but often times it contains internal discussions, intellectual property, and would be too much effort to open up internal direction for public debate. Duplicating these efforts on it's face sounds easy, but I'm working 7 days a week 15 hour days. Any minute I have to spare at the moment has to go into progression so we are on more stable grounds or being able to spend a minute with my supportive family. But this product is definitely only going to be successful on ensuring it's built on community feedback and discussion. Which is why I will constantly be on the forums listening, and being proactive about changing our sprints to include feedback. The short term plan is to make it 100% stable, fix stupid UX issues, include learning and user importing / sharing, and fix performance issues. Once those are done, we will take user polls about our biggest plans and which to focus on.
  8. It wont do anything bad, you need the latest firmware, it'll just get ignored.
  9. Very possible. I will include the next firmware version shortly, but my main focus now will be on learning codes.
  10. v0.9.6 was just released, I didn't include firmware yet, but here is a list of what was included: The next one wont be so database heavy. I'm going to create a sticky thread for v.0.9.6 specific feedback and include in this thread what we are going to focus on in the next update. 11. I'm sorry, I missed the token because I did this by hand at midnight last night. I have on my task list to put make the link auto update. Sorry for the inconvenience.
  12. Yeah, you are right, trying to push out an update right now. And then I'll post our plans for the next one.
  13. Was this after it started working again? Did you do anything, like switch profiles to get it to respond?
  14. Thank you, I'll check these out next week and figure it out. But we're focused on getting the next release out, which will include this firmware.
  15. Make sure ADG debugging is off on your firetv.
  16. As long as it sends out IR, it will work. We just need to test another remote to make sure the unit isn’t faulty.
  17. It’s already in our nightly. I need to update the firmware once more to handle all the custom timeouts and brightnesses
  18. Most likely the GUI is not honoring the timing in the config as accurately as the remote. To be clear, the remote is more accurate. The GUI could add some time between USB writes. Save your config, post it here. I'll scope it out, see if I see any big differences. But all that's probably needed is just to increase your delay between buttons.
  19. It’s waiting for Infrared that it never receives. Are you sure your remote is sending IR?
  20. The best thing to do is test with other batteries. One thing with eneloop, is they run at a much lower voltage. 1.2 vs 1.5. In series, this is 3.0V vs 2.4V. The difference is significant.
  21. I have posted a new beta firmware here: Please try that and let me know.
  22. Yeah I’ll make a linear scale.
  23. Good to know. I’ll keep playing with things on my end
  24. Yes, turn off your LEDs completely. Let me know if that helps. This is the brightest ir transmitter. Timing may still need a bit tweaking but I’m guessing the sharing of current between all the LEDs.
