GE Universal Remote : Device button CBL used for Kodi (long press fast scrolling not working) and device button DVD use for Nvidia Shield (long press fast scrolling is working with Kodi) Why ? How ?

On my GE Universal Remote I use CBL device button to control Kodi and when i do a long press on an arrow it used to speed scroll. But i doesnt work anymore. The other device button called DVD is used to control my Nvidia Shield, the long press work fine and also work with kodi. I can figure why and how to fix this. Please help ! Thanks
