Koko Posted March 16, 2018 Report Posted March 16, 2018 (edited) It's not allowing for my Apple Remote to be paired with my 2017 Macbook Pro (with touchbar). I was wondering what I'm doing (if anything) wrong. I could use some guidance. I don't want to have to send both of these items back. Thanks! Edited March 16, 2018 by Koko Quote
jason Posted March 16, 2018 Report Posted March 16, 2018 Probably nothing. Fire up the GUI, go to device log, and then enable IR logging. Hit the buttons on your remote, see if you see anything. Any chance it's out of batteries? Quote
Koko Posted March 16, 2018 Author Report Posted March 16, 2018 Nothing happens. It won't pair. It won't do anything. The battery in it is new. Quote
jason Posted March 16, 2018 Report Posted March 16, 2018 Can we do a team viewer session tomorrow? Quote
jason Posted March 17, 2018 Report Posted March 17, 2018 I saw your email about the return. It’s just me. Please give me an opportunity to address this. https://www.teamviewer.us/ Basically allows us to share your screen so I can see what’s going on. Let me know. I’m working today. Quote

You just tell me when. I don't know how to use teamviewer, so you'll have to tell me what you want me to do in order to make this work so that we can get this done. Quote
jason Posted March 17, 2018 Report Posted March 17, 2018 Okay, just click download now, install that. When you fire it up, you should get a session ID and password, private message me that information. Quote
