March 16, 20188 yr comment_14979 It's not allowing for my Apple Remote to be paired with my 2017 Macbook Pro (with touchbar). I was wondering what I'm doing (if anything) wrong. I could use some guidance. I don't want to have to send both of these items back. Thanks! Edited March 16, 20188 yr by Koko Report
March 16, 20188 yr comment_14980 Probably nothing. Fire up the GUI, go to device log, and then enable IR logging. Hit the buttons on your remote, see if you see anything. Any chance it's out of batteries? Report

March 17, 20188 yr comment_15002 I saw your email about the return. It’s just me. Please give me an opportunity to address this. https://www.teamviewer.us/ Basically allows us to share your screen so I can see what’s going on. Let me know. I’m working today. Report

You just tell me when. I don't know how to use teamviewer, so you'll have to tell me what you want me to do in order to make this work so that we can get this done. Report
