Is "unattended access" what we want?

I'm game for this. You just tell me when. I don't know how to use teamviewer, so you'll have to tell me what you want me to do in order to make this work so that we can get this done.

What is that?

Nothing happens. It won't pair. It won't do anything. The battery in it is new.

It's not allowing for my Apple Remote to be paired with my 2017 Macbook Pro (with touchbar). I was wondering what I'm doing (if anything) wrong. I could use some guidance. I don't want to have to send both of these items back. Thanks!
