Mac OSX Unable to install app

I received my FLIRC IR yesterday and I am unable to download the application to configure it for Mac OSX. I have exhausted troubleshooting on my mac, and other files download fine.

I get the following error when I attempt to install it:

"You can’t open the application “Flirc.app” because it may be damaged or incomplete."

Also, the FLIRC app icon has a red X through it

Is the source file damaged? 

Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
