GUI crashes my Win7 OS

Trying to get 1.3.6 running on Win7.

GUI crashes to bsod when I run the gui. "Bad_Pool_Header".

The ONLY time I have been able to get the app to run is when I started Win in SAFE mode or I can get the gui to start in Compatibility Mode for Win NT--without crashing windows.

Devices and Device Manager both see the flircas a libusbk

GUI never sees the flirc, "please connect flirc".  App seemed to run then, but would not recognize the flirc receiver, so it didn't do me any good and wouldn't allow me to program it.

Support replied to my one site request, but has ignored the last 3 additional help requests since then (over a week).

Thanks, Eric

Eric -

Publicly saying I'm sorry. I responded to your email and my suggestion was making sure both devices are not set to use libusbk. Try removing the driver for both, rebooting and seeing what drivers get loaded for each.

Thanks Eric for the patience, and again, I'm sorry for the trouble.

Sincerely,

Jason
