What is the heat performance for the Kodi case with its large heat source versus a good cooling fan like the EDATec CM5 Active Cooler or the official Raspberry Pi 5 fan?

P.S. A nice case but I probably will try and mount a NVMe if the SDcard is not fast enough.

Most tasks, especially media watching will be fine because they use hardware acceleration. In my warehouse, where it was 80F, it took 2 hours to run a burn in test before it reached throttling temperatures.
