Missing arm64 linux build

Hello, 

I'm unable to use flirc with latest Raspbian arm64 running on RPI5 because there's completely no package for aarch64 architecture. Can I kindly ask to add it to supported architectures and start with bulding it? 

Almost no one is using armhf (32bit) userspace at this time.
