So I setup an activity and the TV and soundbar respond, but the Shield doesn't. I have the USB dongle in the Shield. Is there anything else I need to do to get the Shield to work? Do I have to configure the remote to know there is a USB? Configure the shield somehow? I've been through all the shield setting screens. Thank you.
