Unfortunately this does not work for me. The remote is just dead with no lights, and not detected on any PC. The device is warm to the touch when I plug into the PC with batteries inside. I've been trying to obtain support since Day 1 for a non functional remote, and my request for a RMA has gone silent. Please understand that there are equally frustrated buyers who have been more than patient to get this working. Appreciate a definitive response please.

You kinda answered your own question with regard to learning. The learning function is alpha software, and it's gonna feel like alpha software. It'll continue to improve as we go along.

That is definitely in the plans. I think for the most part we're just holding off until the Skip can handle remote learning and possibly smart activity switching. Smart learning is definitely the biggest blocker though. We don't expect all Amazon buyers to be as technically savvy as our forum users, so we need to make it as mistake proof as possible before going wide on Amazon.

@jason Six days later, my batteries are completely flat. Couldn't get any logs, and then even removing them and putting them back in didn't get me any activity. Had to replace them with fresh ones.
