Is this product dead? GUI not responding Win 10

Featured Replies

I downloaded the latest version from your download page, installed, not fixed as per post I found on this forum where another member was told to get the latest version. No matter which USB port I use, whether USB 2 or 3, says "disconnected", and the GUI hangs (not responding).

I bought this last month but didn't use it until now because I built my HTPC today and now I cannot return it.

Has the developer/maker of this product given up on it? Is it still supported?

Wow, so no response... if you no longer care about your product why are you still selling it? Don't you feel bad that you're taking money from other people in return for something that does not work? I'm so disappointed.

Hello forum,

After we received no support.

I found a short-term solution to our problem.
It is hard, but it helps until a software update solves the problem.

You create a previous WIN version with a USB stick, e.g. 8.1
with WinToUSB. Start the newly created system via the BIOS.

There you can quickly install the Flirc software and program the FLIRC-SE.

The program is maintained !!!

After changing the boot menu to your Win 10 system in the BIOS again.

Voila, the new programming is still there.
