Flirc has just updated GUI for Windows to version 3.1.0 in web.

Downloaded and installed, and the GUI when running is 3.0.29.

If checked via web for updates, it finds 3.1.0 and updates again. It downloads and installs, and the GUI keeps on 3.0.29, so it keeps saying that there's a new version (3.1.0), again, and again, and again...
