Colour button then middle button press?

In the Skip app it lets you assign actions to the central button after the colour button, i.e. press the colour button (above mute button) then press the middle button:

 

 

However, when I then come to press that on the actual remote to fire those actions it doesn't do anything (well it lights up the ring with my remotes colour but doesn't trigger the actions)?

Are you supposed to be able to assign actions to the colour button>central button and them work?

I just ran into the same issue and I believe the center button only shows the remotes color. I moved the center button cmd to another color button to verify that I had the correct cmd for my device and it did work with the other button.

Yeah same, I've got it on yellow and it works.

Would be nice to be able to have something on colour->middle if an easy code change

It would be great to be able to use that combination. But it is annoying that being not possible, it is allowed by the app. It is absurd…

this is working for me, but I have just a single command.

I'm running into this issue as well. I also have a single command but not IR signal is sent by color+center button. Is this expected behavior?

Same issue here. Would love clarification if this is a bug or it's intended that color+center can't be used.

So, is this supposed to happen? is it a bug that we cannot we use color+center button?
