This product is released too early in my opinion. So many people complain about it not working.

Switching input and turning on devices by activity button is not working! The one thing this thing should do, it can not do.

Really can not believe this is not possible! How the hell are you going to switch from HDMI input then when you start an activity. They should look at how the Harmony remotes and software work!

This not going to be a great post. Like many other I read here, I am extremely frustrated with the product, especially the software. So far to me it feels like a waste of money. Especially when I compare it to the Logitech Harmony remotes and software. The Logitech hardware and software works and is easy to use. You set up an activy, enter the steps and inputs, end done. The 1S software is unstable and not clear at all on how it works at all. Nor is the remote. It often does not connect to my system or the software will not detect it. When it detects it, it often crashes when it tries to sync. Next to the above: Starting the activity's is horrible and not workable. When setting up an activity I would expect button A to turn on my TV Apple TV and set the TV input to HDMI 2. When pressing button B, I expect the TV to turn on, when it's not already turned on already, and switch to HDMI port 1. In both cases nothing happens and it's unclear how to set this up also. The buttons don't work like the activity buttons on and Harmony. It's really unclear how to make switches between activities. Even when the TV is turned on, pressing the activity buttons does not do anything! It's unclear how to set the input on the tv in the remote behind an activity What are the activity buttons for then??? When looking at the video's I was expecting a device that would be easy to use and work. So far the promise made is not kept and this remote is a waste of money! Fix the software and make it actually workable or setup a refund page so I can send the device back!

You can't program macros to activity keys (turn on X, Y, and Z, and then switch to Watch TV activity). I asked about this on another post, but this is my biggest issue. When I sit down to watch TV, I don't want to press one button and then have to press another. I want it to turn on with a single button press and just be ready. I just found out too! I am so extremely disappointed about that! I was expecting that I could alter the sequence of an activity button, to turn on the tv, turn off the Apple TV and switch the TV to the correct HDMI input. When I want to watch a movie, I would want to press activity button B and want the tv to switch to HDMI port 2. This doesn't seem to be possible. And that is where the Logitech Harmony rocks. Although I love the quality of the remote build, the software lacks and it makes me regret buying this remote. I am so extremely disappointed right now. :-( This was totally not what I was expecting. It's not usable for me at this point. Please do something about the activity button and add a sequence to it.
