Just tried that a few times. Stalls, unplugged, plugged back in and says update failed. I got the Flirc 2 weeks ago. Using Windows 7 64 bit.

Nemo failed. I tried dori and not sure it was able to flash it. The status bar went from white to green and then the program wouldn't respond. Let it sit for 20 minutes and still nothing. Forced close it and opened it back up and it immeaditaly said updating firmware and completed. After that it is still sending WMC remote commands to the Fire TV. I do appreciate your efforts Jason. The Inteset but I don't remember which device code I ended up pairing with the Flirc for the Fire TV. Possibly DISH 00775??? I randomly picked, tried several, most of them worked fine controlling the Fire TV.

No Harmony. Inteset INT-442-3 with 02049 for the device code for Media Center. The original OVU4003/00 WMC remote sends commands also to the Fire TV.

I have the same issue with Flirc sending WMC remote commands to my Fire TV. I'm unable to use Flirc because of this. I don't see much support for this device. I will be returning it.

INT-422-3 Device A: Flirc on 1st Gen Fire TV, Device B: Xbox One, Device C: WMC, Device D, Audio Reciever. I've tried a lot of different codes (Blu-ray players, Satellite boxes, Roku) and successfully programmed them to the Flirc and I'm able to control the Fire TV just fine with those codes. But when I switch over to Device C or use my original WMC remote, The Flirc dongle is still sending those commands to the Fire TV.
