Windows 10 says there are no drivers for older flirc when plugging it in

I have an older transparent flirc that gets detected when plugged in but Windows 10 latest doesn't have any drivers.

Am I going to have to get a new one or can I download the drivers from somewhere?

I have a feeling I am going to need to get a new one...
