Bad Screw - Replacement

When I received my Raspberry Pi 4 case, one of the screws must have been cut incorrectly and won't thread in properly. I made a support ticket to resolve this issue months ago, but did not get a response. Does anyone know where anyone know where I can get a replacement screw?
