Hello

With my new Harmonie Elite with HUB I cannot control my "Sunrise" UHD TV Box. Then I bought a new FLIRC. When installing on Windows with the new version v3.35.3 and also the new firmware v.4.9.3 nothing went. What do I have to do, what happens next? Sorry I'm not a professional.
