hello all

i have now bought a flirc device and i want to use it to control kodi on my desktop.

i choose kodi controller on flirc and configure it so i can use my tv remote to control kodi.

all works fine but i only want to use flirc when kodi is ON because if im using the desktop computer and others are using the tv remote to watch regular tv, they will interfere with my desktop and i only want to flirc to responde when im using kodi on the desktop.

since flirc has multiple controllers i thought that if i choose kodi controler only kodi will responde, but no, its always ON.

is there any way i can do this?

I am also interested in finding a solution to this. When I use Netflix on my TV (a built-in app) I am simultaneously blindly navigating around my Kodi, starting videos and changing settings blindly. Any way to control when Flirc accepts signals?
