No menu bar on Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I am using my Flirc SE on an easyvdr distribution which is based on a Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS. Installation is a no-brainer, and the command line works fine. The only thing is that there is no menue bar on the GUI. Please see the attached screenshot. Any good Idea on how to get the menu bar back again? I have no issues on any of my other, newer Ubuntu PC's.

This appears when I start Flirc from console

[W] gui/Flirc/src/main.cpp log_setup(131): flirc.ini not in the default location[E] gui/Flirc/src/device_log.cpp update_fields(139): updating fields, present: 0
[E] lib/libflirc/bootloader/bl_2.0.c fl_ver2_product_type(526): unknown or unsupported variant: 144
[E] gui/Flirc/src/device_log.cpp update_fields(139): updating fields, present: 1

Thanks,
