Nvidia Shield TV Power Button

Hi,

I have a Nvidia Shield TV and manage this with an K400 Keyboard Plus (Logitech). If i pressed the FN+ESC buttons together, the Shield is switching off and sends a CEC signal to the TV (turn off). I would transfer the key combination to my flirc. Is it possible? I have captured the signal of the two buttons via evtest:
