Is it possible to use multiple flircs with the same remote?

I want my grandmother to use the same remote control in her bedroom and the living room (I recently installed her 2 minix devices).

Can I install a flirc on each media center and use only one remote?

Yes, you can do that. After you program one Flirc with the remote you want to use just save config from it and load it into the second one. If the software and configuration is the same on both devices it'll work. Of course it's important how far apart are both rooms because Flirc is very sensitive and can catch signals from the other room if they are close to each other (sharing the same wall with doors between them).
