knowledge base: login?

Hello,

I just got my Flirc and am trying to learn as much as I can before starting to configure it... The "Getting started" forum links to https://flirc.zendesk.com/ , but how do you get a login for there? I have an account on Flirc, and one on the forums but neither works.
