Adding a Time Delay to the Power Up Sequence

Featured Replies

Hi, I have three devices that power on for my "A" action. I find that one of my devices can sometimes fail to handshake with another if their power on commands come too quickly together. Is there a way of adding a delay, say 0.25 to 1 seconds, in the power on sequence? ie Power on TV, delay 0.25 Seconds, Power on Amp, delay 0.5 seconds, power on Sat Box.

My very old Logitech Harmony remote had this option, very useful

You can add a delay to items in your startup sequence. The procedure is covered in the tips under Advanced Editing - Adjust Button Timing. The minimum is 1s, so it may not be ideal, but should work for your purpose.
