nVidia Shield TV Pro 2019 does not work at all

Hello. I am trying to setup my Flirc Skip 1s with nVidia Shield TV Pro 2019. It is able to control my TV, my Soundbar but when I am adding buttons via "Set Top Box > Nvidia > Shield Android TV (Media Manager)" they just don't work at all. Is this version of SHIELD supported at all?

    The Skip 1s is an infrared remote. The Shield 2019 does not have an IR receiver. You'll need a Flirc USB attached to the Shield for it to work

    Ok then this is confusing as it is called simply "Shield TV". The Flirc team should call it "Shield TV (IR)" or "2015/2017" or something so that it is more specific.

    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.

    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
