Batteries lasts less than a month with LEDs at 20%

I am having the same problem. Batteries last less than a day. I've gone through two sets of batteries in the two days I've had the remote. LEDs were set to 20% yesterday and 1% today. Didn't seem to make a difference. The firmware version is 4.12.19-0-g34a3e83
