firmware issue Flirc not working after upgrade to 3.25

Hi to all, I'm new here and just received my Flirc USB 2. I'll be using it to control my Sunrise TV Box UHD via a Harmony Ultimate remote+hub. Unfortunately, nothing happens. I uploaded the Sunrise_Flirc_updated.fcfg after upgrading the Flirc's FW to 4.9.3 and Flirc app version 3.25.3 on a Windows 10 PC. Any type of assistance would be highly appreciated.
