Show which keys have already been assigned

Suggestion: when assigning keys, the displayed controller map (xbmc, full keyboard, etc) show display which keys have already been programmed into the FLIRC. Eg: the corresponding key on the visual map is highlighted or dimmed when it has been acknowledged as mapped by the FLIRC hardware device.

There is already a function in the GUI that when you press a key on your controller (or whatever you're binding the IR signals from) the corresponding programmed key will light up.
