platypus
My use case for FLIRC would be to control foobar2000 playing music in a darkened room, laptop screen turned off. As FLIRC acts like a keyboard, IR signals processed will very likely wake up the monitor. On Windows, can this be prevented? Will unchecking the box "Allow this device to wake the computer" on the power management tab for the FLIRC device leave a turned off monitor asleep? Or does this setting apply only to mainboards/OS in sleep states?
