I'd like to install Flirc software on a very old Macbook Pro I have lying around. It's from mid-2014, so it is certainly old. I know, though, that people were using Flirc with that vintage machine back then, but it appears that current software for macOS doesn't support an OS that old (OS X 10.10.5) -- which I completely understand.
My question is whether or not it is possible to find a copy of dmg files from that era that would still work? I understand that more recent versions have enhancements and fewer bugs, etc.
Thank you

I'm in the same boat – I have an even older Macbook Pro, running Macos 10.11.6, I was hoping to use as a media centre with Flirc. But the Flirc App won't run on the computer. Did you have any luck finding older install files?
