Flirc won't recognize Fire TV Remote

I am trying to setup a Fire TV remote to work with Windows Media Center 10.

When I try to program the remote in the GUI, nothing happens. It doesn't seem to recognize the remote at all.

What am I doing wrong??

    Just Picked up a FLIRC IR receiver and it works great with the Fire TV. You can used this  with any remote.

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
