I've got a Harmony Ultimate One and a non-Streacom case. From what I can see advised here:

the SE board should work with any mother board that provides matching pins.

What I can't work out is what generation of Flirc the SE aligns with. Gen 1 or Gen 2? The relevant page doesn't make it clear for me:

If I'm looking to deal with a Gen 1 style setup, then I'd probably pass and opt for a Gen 2 USB unit instead.
