It's been several months since I setup Flirc with the Kodi on a WIndows PC and Harmony Elite so my memory is very foggy. I just got a new PC and thought that it would be as easy as simply plugging the Flirc into the new PC and it would work. I had also tried installing the new Flirc Windows version on new PC and choosing the Kodi Controller. So I have learned that is not the case.

In case it matters the Device Name within Kodi on the old PC is XBMC, but on the new PC is it Kodi.

Would someone please explain how I can get this to work with new PC?

 

It's working now.  Don't understand what changed that would actually have affected it.

I was staging the new PC in my bedroom, which is where I couldn't get the Elite to control the Flirc like it did in the living room. I moved the PC to the living in to same place the old PC was and it worked.
