Flirc resetting to bootldr v2.1

Every time I remove the flirc from the computer (or reboot) it shows up as bootldr v2.1 and uploads firmware 3.6.  This requires reloading the configuration. Is there anyway to correct this?

    I never got a response or heard from support on this, I hope you have better luck then me.

    Have you both tried if this also happens with different PC? You don't even need to install Flirc software there. Just make sure that Flirc is in working state, load your config or record some letters for testing, unplug Flirc and plug it into different PC and test in notepad for example if it works. Then do some reboots etc.

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
