Replicating IR commands from flirc_util.exe (Windows 11)

Hello,

I'm trying to replicate my AC remote using Flirc. I did it a few months ago, but I can't seem to get it back.

I captured this log using Flirc GUI:

Close Flirc GUI before running the command.

--raw and --pronto arguments are not available before version 3.26.8.
