  1. OK so I had tried that before and had no luck, had the flashing LED ring and all. I tried it again and had the same issue until I ran the "Driver tool" referenced in this post by Jason on the December 21st. After I ran that and had the remote in DFU it picked it up right away and updated successfully and is now showing up in the Skip App. It would be nice if that tool was either included in the download or at least referenced along with the download link as a "in case your PC doesn't see the remote try this" or something. In any case, thank you for the help as it at least let me know how to tell if it was in DFU mode.
  2. That's great I am happy one of us is good. How did you successfully get into DFU mode? I tried the 2 buttons (ok and back I think it was) without the battery and connect to USB but that didn't work for me. Did you do something different?
  3. Thanks for the reply, sorry to hear I am not the only one but also not if it means we can get some support. I may do the same thing and install a Linux derivative of some sort and give it a try. If you do get around to it let me know either way and I will do the same.
  4. Thanks for the reply, I have tried a fresh Windows install without any software at all but the FLIRC app and no dice. As for firmware, I am sure there is an update but how can I install it if no machine can see the remote? Any ideas? I am willing to try anything at this point.
  5. I am having an issue where no PC can connect to my remote. I know there have been a few threads about it and I think I have tried everything in them including removing the batteries and holding the OK and back buttons. I think my issue is that my remote is over a year old and has not been updated since I set it up. I assume the firmware is to far out dated but I could be wrong about that assumption. Can someone please help me get it connected? I do have steam on 2 of the tested machines, which I saw could be an issue. I tested on a fresh install of Windows 11 without Steam or Logitech, which I saw was another possible issue. Any suggestions would be helpful, I can install Linux or create a VM of Windows 10 if needed.
  6. Nothing? Any suggestions?
  7. Anyone? Any suggestions?

  9. I figured it out thanks to the below thread and in particular the third post from clmnt. First capture the codes from debug log and enter it into irscrutinizer I then get a code that does not work until I change each 0015 to 0016 and each 003D to 003E. Once that is completed the codes work as expected. I will get a full json with each code but there are 58 buttons so it will take some time. Once it is completed I will upload it here, or in a new thread dedicated to my device. In any case here is the process I used. 1: Use FLIRC with FLIRC USB in debug logs to capture the raw code +8980 -4413 +597 -489 +597 -1611 +597 -489 +597 -489 +596 -489 +597 -489 +596 -489 +597 -489 +596 -1611 +597 -489 +597 -1611 +597 -1610 +597 -1611 +597 -1611 +597 -1611 +596 -489 +597 -489 +596 -1611 +597 -1611 +597 -489 +622 -463 +596 -490 +596 -1611 +596 -489 +596 -1612 +596 -489 +596 -489 +596 -1612 +596 -1612 +596 -1612 +596 -490 +599 -1609 +596 -41000 +8978 -2213 +577 2: copy the code from the +8980 up to the -41000 and paste that into irScrutinizer using the "Paste & Scr" which generates the below code 0000 006D 0022 0000 0156 00A8 0015 0015 0015 003D 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 003D 0015 0015 0015 003D 0015 003D 0015 003D 0015 003D 0015 003D 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 003D 0015 003D 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 003D 0015 0015 0015 003D 0015 0015 0015 0015 0015 003D 0015 003D 0015 003D 0015 0015 0015 003D 0015 0617 3: find and replace 0015 to 0016 and each 003D to 003E resulting in the below code 0000 006D 0022 0000 0156 00A8 0016 0016 0016 003E 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 003E 0016 0016 0016 003E 0016 003E 0016 003E 0016 003E 0016 003E 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 003E 0016 003E 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 003E 0016 0016 0016 003E 0016 0016 0016 0016 0016 003E 0016 003E 0016 003E 0016 0016 0016 003E 0016 0617 4: Add that to the respective button in the json file.
  10. I second this request, I have a ToneWinner AT-300 and want to add the codes in. I have a FLIRC USB and a Broadlink RM4 Pro and have tried learning the codes and creating a json for them with codes converted to Pronto and while it loads the codes and I can assign them they do nothing. Is there any update on the code learning feature and if not can we get instructions on how to use one of the devices I mentioned to learn and create a new device? I think that would be helpful for more then just me. Thanks for any help,
