    It works immediately on Windows 10 22H2 19045.2965
    For Flirc devs:
    Consider updating your appxmanifest.xml.
    Your MinVersion="10.0.17763.0" when realistically it doesn't work with this version of windows.
    Consider updating your MinVersion to whichever version of windows this issue doesn't actually occur in. It certainly occurs in 10.0.18362.1256
