first off I used the skip 1s everyday since I got it configured the 1st week in June 2023. I like the ergonomics and it worked better than any other remote that I have used in the past. Crisp response - buttons are tight not loose - they always work - no double clicking required - fits in my hand and I can find the buttons without looking if the room is dark.
However... today it stopped working. I cannot power on my devices or once getting them started with another remote I cannot control them. No lights come on - total blackout. Weirdly - I can still connect the device to the the skip app and everything looks OK I made some changes to LED setting and synced the remote.
