    I was able to get the firmware upgraded to 4.13.21. After that, the app gave me the option to update to 4.13.22. Thanks for the help!

    My remote is currently at firmware version 4.12.18. I see people commenting on newer versions of firmware. but I'm not sure how to get it. People mention using the Skip App, but I don't see any options or get any prompts to update the firmware. Any help is appreciated.
