Another wasted hour, found the 'blackmagic.bin' files BUT there are several, which one works?

Told to get Zadig to 'fix' my windows, finally got 618 and 617 PID 

but then had to hunt for a windows version of dfu-util

finally:

[Jeff Probe - Open Source JTAG by Flirc Broken?]

I have spent way to much time trying to figure out why the Jeff Probe has no window drivers or instruction on anything about the 'Jeff Probe' There isn't anything at this site.
