[New to Flirc and already a question...]

I discovered Flirc few days ago and I'm not sure that it can do what I'm looking for ...

In the product description (New hardware feature), I can read that there is an IR transmitter; is that correct ?

My goal is to find a usb/ir device capable of transmit/receive IR to command TV device.

 

Can you clarify this point ?
