[Briefly open up pi4kodi case, thermal pad still usable?]

Hello community

I have a flirc kodi rp4case and i love it :-)

However, i'm planning on building an hyperion/amiblight project so i briefly need to open the case to access the GPIO to connect three wires.

Can  i open up the case an then close it again while not damaging the current thermal pad? Or do i need to replace it?

And if so, where can i buy a new pad?
