I've done that twice, called you twice both times leaving callback numbers on voicemail or contact info including order numbers on previous shipments that did not reach me. ( this was mid last year. I got no reply so I tried a few months later. ) Still nothing. Im now having the same problem as the OP with a different Flirc which led me here.
