I had an hp EHome remote receiver that I was using with Windows 8 and Windows 10. But I could not make it work with Windows 2012 R2, after reading about flirc which said it works with all OS, I purchased it but I still cannot make it work with Windows 2012 R2. I have a software which is Windows media player compatible and any media player remote works with it. But I need drivers for it. I configured the remote as media player comparable, but in device manager it's asking for driver with yellow make on it. Can you please help?

I programmed it with another computer, for windows media player, but when I connect it to Windows 2012 R2, in device manager its still looking for drivers. I installed Zadig software, which creates the drivers, but now I get an invalid inf file error.
